Lexi
InstructorHi! I'm Lexi Bennett, I'm 17 and I've grown up in Fort Mill, SC my entire life. I have always loved cooking and baking and am so excited to have found such an awesome place like Flour Power. I'm even more excited to meet all the new faces and friends that I'll be joining this summer! My favorite ingredient is definitely cinnamon, I add it to pretty much anything. My favorite dessert is 100% a Krispey Kreme donut- nothing beats it. When I was younger I remember baking with my grandma in her kitchen and just having so much fun getting to spend time with her and my sister. Also, she let me lick the spoons so I can't complain too much. My best advice to give to new cooks is to have fun with it and not get too worried over every little detail. Mistakes are only learning experiences, and next time you'll be able to do it again even better.
