Riann PottsGarner Studio Owner
My name is Riann, (pronounced "Ryan") and I am the happy new owner of the Flour Power Garner Studio! We opened our doors September 1st and have been having the best time stirring up so much fun in this fabulous community of Garner, NC! My background is actually in healthcare, as I am also a nurse! I went to Nursing School in Wilson, NC right out of High School and practiced nursing for about 15 years before deciding to stay home with my youngest daughter, as a stay at home mommy. I really wanted a career change and have known Susan Caldwell, the Founder and Franchisor of Flour Power all of my life, as we grew up in the same hometown of Zebulon, NC! I have watched her journey unfold in this amazing and brilliant company as she has expanded. So, my husband Travis and I reached out to her about opening up one of our own. Fast forward about a year and a half to now and here we are, part of this amazing Flour Power Franchise family! I am a very devoted child advocate, have always had a passion and love for children for as long as I can remember and I absolutely love cooking and experimenting in the kitchen! So, needless to say, this is a perfect career choice for me and I can honestly say, I have never been happier! While it is certainly not easy, in the least, getting a small business up and running, the outcome along with seeing so many happy and smiling faces in my studio daily, make all of the hard work so very worth it! The community support has been extremely humbling and so very much appreciated! Each and every one of you and your children that have entered our studio are very special to us at Flour Power Garner! Our number one goal for every child that enters our doors is they have FUN and stay SAFE in our care! We can't wait to meet you all and stir up lots of fun and make long lasting memories with you all!
