Shannon Mock Miller
Owner/Operating ManagerShannon is the Owner/Operator of Flour Power Nashville. She is a single mama who is originally from New Orleans, Louisiana. After graduating from Louisiana State University, she spent 5 years in Los Angeles before moving to Nashville to pursue her dream of becoming a recording artist. Her professional background is in the restaurant/bar business and party planning. In her spare time she enjoys spending time with family and friends, going to hear live music, watching movies, and reading. She also LOVES having friends and family over for large home cooked meals, football watching parties as well as theme parties for her daughter, Stella Blue. Shannon hopes to expand her Franchise ownership by opening a second Flour Power in the Nashville area and eventually having a Flour Power mobile truck.

Maggie Wehby
InstructorBorn and raised in Tennessee, Maggie is one of five children. She graduated from Father Ryan High School in May of 2021 and now attends DePaul University, in Chicago. She is working towards a degree in Political Science! We miss her most of the year and always look forward to her return over Christmas Break and during the summer! Coming from such a large family, as well as an even larger extended family, Maggie has spent a lot of time around children. Her love of children is one of the main reasons she chose to join our Flour Power team! We are very excited to welcome her to our team and we look forward to cooking and laughing with her!

Jadyn Sheats
InstructorJadyn graduated from the University School of Nashville in the spring of 2022!! She is now a Freshman at Spelman College in Atlanta, Georgia. She has become a trusted and very valuable employee because of her incredible work ethic and we miss her tremendously! She loves being around children because they constantly make her laugh and are very creative. While working at Flour Power, she hopes to find fun ways to connect with the kids, teach them lessons they are able to apply in their futures and develop some of the communication skills she will need for her career path towards Pediatric Medicine. In her spare time, Jadyn enjoys hanging out with family and friends, playing sports or listening to music.

Jamison Thacker
Lead Instructor and Social Media CoordinatorJamison is one of Flour Power's first employees! She started with us our first summer, as an Instructor and is now a Senior at Purdue University, studying Business Management and Marketing. Anytime Jamison has been home from school she has worked with us and that dedication has paid off. She is now our Social Media Coordinator and Lead Instructor. Last summer she traveled to London, England for a study abroad internship! She came home in time for the last 2 weeks of Summer Camp!!!. Originally from Orange County, California, Jamison was a Kids camp counselor at the Ladera Sports Center for 3 years and served as a student teacher for Kindergartners at Saddleback Church for 8 years. In addition to her love of teaching, is her love of cooking. It is no surprise she is a pro at Italian cuisine, considering her mothers large side of the family is Sicilian. Jamison's mom says she has always loved being in the kitchen and even made her breakfast in bed, at the age of 3!! Her skill set has improved considerably since her pre school years and we love having her at Flour Power.

Sadie Hart
InstructorSadie is from Brentwood, TN and a Junior at Franklin Road Academy. Sadie has loved helping in the kitchen since the age of 2. Flour Power is the perfect place for her as she enjoys sharing her love of baking and cooking with others and watching the children's excitement as they make new creations. In her free time, Sadie enjoys playing basketball, playing with her dog, Bandit, going to the beach and volunteering with youth basketball. And she LOVES making chocolate chip cookies.

Reese Turner
InstructorReese is a Junior at Franklin Road Academy where she plays basketball. She has a passion for working with the youth of Nashville and hopes to instill in them a love for cooking, as well as the values of persistence and teamwork.

Carol Thacker
InstructorCarol has been a part of the Flour Power team since the Summer of 2020, along with her sister, Jamison. As a recent graduate of Brentwood High School, she has now joined her sister, Jamison, at Purdue University. Carol enjoys running track and spending time with her friends and family.

Rachael Wehby
InstructorRachael joined the Flour Power team this summer, joining her sister, Maggie. Rachael is a rising Junior at Father Ryan High School. She loves working with kids and spends a lot of time with her neighbors and numerous cousins. She is looking forward to her first summer with us, working with her sister and getting to know all the campers and staff.

Ceri Williams
InstructorCeri Williams is a Senior at University School of Nashville. She enjoys working with children and Flour Power provides her with an opportunity to watch them flourish in an environment where they can be creative and learn while having fun in the kitchen. We look forward to finding out which University she will choose.

Sari Shaffer
InstructorSari is a rising Sophomore at Harpeth Hall. She was actually one of Flour Powers FIRST Teen Chefs when we opened in 2020. Sari loves to bake and cook in her free time. She plans to become a baker when she is older.

Tierra Blevins
Weekend ManagerTierra Blevins is a spiritual healer, doula, herbalist, jewelry artist, youth activist, and more! She is an all around community leader who is dedicated to healing and uplifting any environment she enters. Tierra graduated from Tennessee State University in 2020 with her bachelors degree in Biology and then went on to Doula Certification Training. In April of 2021 she opened her own business “Maat’s Healing Garden”. She now works with youth in her daily life and enjoys hiking and traveling as much as she can.
