Yes!

What is the Camp Cancellation Policy?

Track Out Camp Refund/Changes and Balances Due Policies (September through May):

If you need to cancel, we will refund your tuition payment, if you notify us 30 days or more in writing before the first day of camp, less a $40 fee.  We do not allow any changes within 30 days of the camp start date, and we cannot issue any refunds within 30 days of the first day of camp.  If your child cannot attend, a friend may attend in your child’s place.

Summer Camp Refund/Changes Policies (June through August):

If you need to make changes to your camp registration after you have paid, and it is prior to April 14th, you may move your reservation to a different week at no charge as long as space is available, or you may cancel and receive a full refund less a $40 service fee.  We must receive written notice that you wish to change or cancel your reservation.  We do not allow any changes to summer camp registrations after April 15th (no changes and no refunds).  There are no exceptions to this rule in fairness to all of our customers. If your child is unable to attend, you may send another child in your child’s place.

Single Day Camps/Teacher Workday Camp Tuition:

Tuition for single-day camps is non-refundable and must be used for the date registered, but if your child is unable to attend, a friend may attend in your child’s place.  If the camp is sold out and we can fill your child’s space, we can issue you a refund under these circumstances.

Inclement Weather/Sick Policy:

Should we need to cancel a camp for an entire day due to weather, or if your child must attend their regular school day in order to make up a snow day, we will extend a Flour Power credit to you to be used towards the tuition for the one day for another camp.  We are sorry that we cannot offer refunds for days that a child cannot attend camp due to illness or any other reasons for which camp is held, or for partial days that he or she may have missed, as our camps often are completely full.  Registering for a camp will indicate that you understand and agree to this policy and our other policies listed here.  If your child cannot attend on a day, a friend may attend in your child’s place as long as you notify us in advance.

Is the birthday child counted as an attendee?

Yes, if you purchase a party for 11 children, this would include the birthday child plus 10 additional guests.

For parties are the parents and caregivers counted as part of the attendees?

No. Only those that are actually participating in the party (ie, cooking) will be counted. Please note: the birthday child is counted as an attendee.

How early can I arrive for my party?

Please arrive no more than 5 minutes before your party. Staff will be setting up for your party and we would like for you to walk into your space ready to go for you.

Can I bring decorations for my party?

As long as your decorations are for the tabletop or specialty balloons which can be tied to the birthday child’s chair, they are permitted. We do not allow items to be hung on the walls.

Am I limited to 11 guests for my party?

No. There is an additional cost for each additional attendee starting with the 12th attendee. Please call your local studio to discuss the associated fees.

Please call your local studio to discuss the associated fees and maximum number of guests the studio can accommodate.

What are the terms of hosting a private event?

Cancellations and Rescheduling:

We understand that plans can change, especially in the corporate world. If you need to cancel or reschedule your event, please notify us at least 30 days in advance to avoid additional charges. Cancellations made less than 30 days prior to the event will result in the forfeiture of the deposit as compensation for preparations made.

Inclement Weather or Unforeseen Circumstances:

In the rare event that we must cancel your corporate event due to inclement weather or other unforeseen circumstances, we will offer full credit towards rescheduling the event or provide a full refund of your deposit.

Alcohol Policy:

We can allow alcohol (beer and wine) at corporate events, provided it’s served responsibly. Let us discuss the options for including a celebratory toast or cocktail hour with your event. However, some studio locations are restricted by local or city ordinances. Please check with the studio staff.

Venue Rules and Conduct:

We take pride in offering a welcoming and safe environment for all. To this end, we expect all attendees to adhere to our venue rules and respect fellow participants and staff. Any disruptive behavior may result in the individual being asked to leave the event.

Damage and Liability:

Your organization will be held responsible for any damage to our property or equipment caused by an attendee at your event. We recommend advising all participants of this responsibility prior to the event.

Agreement to Terms:

By making a deposit, you are agreeing to these terms and conditions. We’re committed to providing an exceptional experience and look forward to hosting your corporate event!
