We’ll make a stop in France for some Crème Puffs, Japan for Stuffed Rice Bombs, Mexico for Baked Churros & Sweet Pudding, Italy for Baked Lasagna Roll Ups and end our trip in Switzerland with Swiss Cake Rolls. At Flour Power we love all the seasons but Winter is a really good one! We love getting up and cooking yummy foods that make our tummies happy! There are always recipes and foods that remind us of the different seasons and holidays. It’s a sweet memory to think of those foods and make them every year with your friends and families. We all love those treats that are sweet! This week we will combine sweet with salty and throw in some spices too! We’ll learn the difference between sweet and savory and taste lots of foods that are both! How about some Sweet & Savory Meatballs, Ginger Apple Cream Scones, Sweet & Savory Crepes and Breakfast Frittatas! Hope to see you for this fun filled camp!

This is the camp for the who loves to bake and decorate treats, so if your child talks about owning a bakery someday, we’ll help them explore their dreams. We'll teach them how to decorate cookies and cupcakes using buttercream icing and fondant. Campers will create their vision for their own bakery: coming up with a name and location, planning a menu, pricing considerations, and designing a layout for their storefront. At the end of the week, they'll create a display with their creative vision and all their hard work will be displayed to share with family and friends. Our ovens will be getting a workout with this week-long baking camp because we’ll also focus on baked lunches.

We love spring at Flour Power and its vibrant colors and fun food! We're super excited about this week-long camp focusing on fresh, healthy ingredients that you can find at Farmer's Markets starting soon including Spring Brunch pizzas, Healthy Pineapple Upside Down Muffins, Spinach Empanadas, Wake Me Up Fruit Parfaits, Fruit Kabob Wands, Pasta Primavera, and so much more! We'll also have fun and creative spring art projects at camp this week!

Today we will travel to the county fair, the little cousin to the bigger State Fairs. Come to our fairground and sample some of everyone’s midway favorites and create a Ferris wheel with marshmallows and fettuccini noodles.
