Frequently Asked Questions

If you still need help or have questions, feel free to contact us.

Yes, we are a nut free and shellfish free studio! We are also able to accommodate many other allergies through substitution. Please contact us for more information.

Our weekly classes are only sold in packages of 4, 6, or 8. However, we offer a variety of other events that can be purchased individually. Looking to give us a try? Sign up for a family cooking event or Kids Night Out.

We are no longer offering any refunds or exchanges due to Covid.

The owner, Shannon Mock Miller, decided to call the studio Nashville because it is the first Flour Power in the Greater Nashville area. We believe there will be others open over the coming years but this location will always be the Nashville flagship studio.

For the weekly classes, you are able to change/cancel a class through the parent portal. If you do not cancel a class in advance and then not show up for the class, you will lose the class and there will be no make up. For all other events; Kids Night Out, Camps, Family Classes, Mini Camps, Adult Classes, Drop and Shop, and any Special Event, there is no refund, exchange or credit. Groceries are purchased based on the number of participants enrolled , staffing is done based on that number as well. If you are NOT able to attend an event you have signed up for, you are welcome to send another child in the place of the original child, just email the studio and let us know the childs name.

No. Each child must have their own package of classes based on their age group.

Yes, but the Tween must attend the Lil Chef class. Lil Chefs cannot "age up" to the Tween class, unless it is a Kids Night Out or camp situation.
